Resurs Corporation (hereinafter the «Company») respects the privacy of visitors to the resurscorp.ro website and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

What data we collect
Through the contact form on the site we collect: name, phone number, email (if provided), type of service and the text of your message. Technical data is also collected automatically: IP address (for anti-spam protection), browser type and anonymous statistics via Google Analytics.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used solely to: respond to your request, prepare a commercial offer, schedule a meeting or site visit, and follow up on your project. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Request data is kept for 3 years from the last contact — this is necessary to meet warranty obligations for the work performed. After this period the data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to: request a copy of your data, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion of your data (where there is no legal basis to retain it), and withdraw your consent to processing. To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@resurscorp.ro — we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only functional cookies (interface language) and Google Analytics in anonymized mode (with IP anonymization enabled). No personal data is collected through cookies.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, the form is protected with rate limiting and source verification, and the providers' servers (Vercel, Resend, Google) are ISO 27001 certified. We do not store passwords or payment data.
